After Service
Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge within one month of delivery. Damage from wear is repaired at cost. We will assess the ring's condition and provide a quote.

* Resizing requires engraving to be redone. If you choose not to redo it, the ring will be delivered without engraving, and no engraving fee applies.

After Service FAQ
Can I get the ring resized after purchase?
Yes. Resizing is available within ±#2 (downsize ¥7,700, +0.5–1.0 size ¥13,200, +1.5–2.0 sizes ¥18,700). Engraving must be redone with any resize.
Can you polish out scratches?
Yes. Re-polishing costs ¥7,700 (outside surface only). If the inside needs polishing, engraving must be redone (¥11,000).
Can I add engraving later?
Yes. First engraving is free, regardless of when after delivery (allow 3+ weeks).
Does the same service apply to lab-grown diamond engagement rings?
Yes. Lab-grown diamond rings receive the same after-service as natural diamond rings.
